Taste of Resilience
Have you been feeling uninspired? Do you worry about sliding into burnout? Are you tired of fighting off what feels like the inevitable?
The Taste of Resilience is the first step to fight the cycle of fatigue and burnout and build a foundation of resilience so that we can return to our life's passions and purposes with inspired vitality.
In an assessment of over 600 ministry workers, we found data trends exposing several key habits that erode as people move toward fatigue. These trends are particularly evident among individuals in professions of service, caretaking, and ministry.
Participants will get an introduction to my Resilience Workshop where we learn environmental factors, a better understanding of stress, identify individual risk & erosion indicators, and then discover self-care practices and tools to help combat a person's unique cycle.
