In an assessment of over 600 ministry workers, we found data trends exposing several key habits that erode as people move toward fatigue. These trends are particularly evident among individuals in professions of service, caretaking, and ministry.
Participants will get an introduction to my Resilience Workshop where we learn environmental factors, a better understanding of stress, identify individual risk & erosion indicators, and then discover self-care practices and tools to help combat a person's unique cycle.
